Description
You will be responsible for ownership, design, expert support and service delivery for the broad range of HR Shared Services. You will have expertise within a field comprising of different approaches, methodologies, techniques and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading HR Operations processes for North America (United States, Canada, Trinidad & Tobago and Guyana).
- Ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained and teams are aligned and relevant skills are in place.
- Developing and managing the ongoing advancement of the team (local and offshore), including good development plans.
- Measuring end-customer satisfaction; develop action plan to mitigate operational risks or resolve escalated issues.
- Driving dynamic performance management in the team through clear expectations, priority setting, frequent touchpoints, and feedback.
- Driving a culture of service excellence within the team; promote “Best in Class” customer service.
Qualification & Requirements
- Have a Bachelor from an accredited academic institution in related area.
- Have a minimum of 8 years prior professional work experience on HR Operations/HR Shared Services and implementation of shared services model.
- Be proficient in English, both written and verbally.
- Have good experience in a corporate HR support or client services role.
- Be knowledgeable in statistical design methodology, reliability models, and certified Green Belt.
