Description

We are currently working on standardizing the HR operations of 14 contracted companies, and the initiative is steadily taking root, but we are looking for new members to aim for further standardization and efficiency.

Specifically, we are looking for someone who can lead the organization, improvement, and operation of unexplored cross-functional operations. We would like to take a step toward a new transformation together with someone who can lead and put into action the services we provide to our customers while flexibly communicating with the HR personnel of each company.

HR Services Common Business Promotion Leader

Key Responsibilities

  • As HR Shared, you will be responsible for extracting tasks that can be improved across the board from the HR tasks (transfers, evaluations, retirements, etc.) that are entrusted to you by each NEC Group company, and promoting the efficiency of the entire Shared by implementing planning, improvement and operation. In the process, you will also be responsible for various interviews, adjustments and negotiations with each company and other departments.
  • You will be responsible for compiling information and acting as a liaison with each company regarding HR Shared’s overall service menu and outsourcing contracts.
  • You will be responsible for leading your team members in managing the system IDs, servers, folder management, and recruitment registration for members of your department, including following up with members and managing their progress.

Qualification & Requirements

・Experience or knowledge of human resources work
・Planning, proposal, negotiation skills
・Communication and interpersonal skills

[Preferred conditions (WANT)]
・Experience in human resources consulting
・Knowledge and experience in human resources/payroll system development
・Experience in solution proposals and planning, and the ability to put them into action

・A person who can independently influence and coordinate with those around them to address issues, and take concrete action to resolve them
・A person who is proactive in learning even if they do not know

Benefits

Annual salary: 6,000,000 – 7,500,000 yen
