Description
With a seamless blend of technological understanding and human intelligence, TrainAI provides complete, end-to-end data collection and content generation, data annotation or labelling, human-in-the-loop data validation and generative AI data services for all types of AI, in any language, at any scale, based on the principles of responsible AI. Today, TrainAI supports four of the world’s top five technology companies, enhancing the performance of their generative AI applications by providing services such as prompt engineering, response refinement and red teaming with locale-specific domain experts across a broad range of topic areas and educational levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR operations teams in the United States and work with team in India, ensuring efficient operations to help the business scale
- Collaborate regularly with the client, working with IT and cross functional teams to resolve issues
- Own entire People Services processes, including onboarding and offboarding
- Implement process improvements and conduct root cause analysis to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a main POC for operations teams, while you develop and maintain crisis management strategies to swiftly address and resolve operational challenges escalated by the internal and external customers.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment through effective management and mentorship.
- Utilize a strong understanding of systems to streamline processes; HR systems experience is preferred.
- Analyze performance metrics and develop actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Qualification & Requirements
- 3+ years of management experience
- 5+ years of HR operations or program/project management experience
- Experience in HR shared services, IT services, and/or operations
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning end to end delivery in highly volatile environment
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Strong crisis management skills with a track record of effectively handling high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and root cause analysis techniques.
- Exceptional team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Understanding of systems and technology; HR experience is desired but not essential.
- Ability to work in the US time zones while also collaborating with India colleagues
