Description

The HR Operations Expert APAC will be responsible for managing and optimizing all regular and routine HR administration processes across the APAC region. The goal is to ensure the accuracy and actuality of employee data within the HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employees’ regular paperwork and key stakeholders’ communication for APAC employees, including pre-hire, onboarding, probation, offboarding, contracts renewal, employee statements/communication letter and for other regular and routine ELC processes.
  • Administer Workday and ensure data accuracy for APAC employees
  • Regular HR reports and dashboards and ad-hoc reports (headcount, turnover, compliance) partner with local HR Operations teams or other teams like Finance team and other stakeholders, company annual reports partner with global HR teams, and other regular and routine data management and reports tasks.
  • Annual public holiday calendar renews for APAC countries partner with local HR Operations team leaders
  • Other responsibilities as: Tier-1 ticket system contact for APAC employees and managers, People announcement publish in company intranet, Workday Knowledge Article Creator and monitor, Training records maintenance and be the contact window to global learning service team, etc.
  • Identify process gaps, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to enhance HR operational efficiency in the above responsibility scope.
  • Ensure data privacy and security standards are met in the above responsibility scope.

Qualification & Requirements

  • 5+ years in HR operations, shared services, or regional HR roles, preferably in a multinational APAC environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday or similar HRIS, HR tools, and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication (English required; additional APAC languages a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
