A world market leader in the chemical manufacturing industry with an internationally renowned Shared Service Centre (SSC) based in Kuala Lumpur. This SSC provides various professional services to their business operations across the APAC region. Due to rapid expansion, they are seeking an HR Manager (Talent Acquisition – Global) to join their dynamic team based in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy and framework to align HR service offerings with the overall business strategy, ensuring relevance, scalability, and optimal value delivery.
  • Analyse performance metrics, manage risks, and optimise the cost-effectiveness of the service portfolio to ensure alignment with business goals and maximise value.
  • Review and assess service performance, benchmarking against market offerings to make strategic adjustments that maintain competitiveness and address evolving business demands.
  • Evaluate process flows, uncover inefficiencies through process mining, and benchmark performance against industry standards to promote ongoing enhancements and digital transformation.
  • Align with senior HR leadership to manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that HR services are effectively tailored to meet organisational needs and priorities.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Experience in HR portfolio management, service catalogues, service metrics and charging mechanism
  • Familiar working with HR systems (SAP, ServiceNow and SuccessFactors).
  • Experienced in quality management of HR shared services and HR competence hub.
  • Requires a high level of expertise and experience in HR specialisation topics such as Talent Acquisition
