Description

As our HR Manager – Shared Services, you will oversee a team responsible for delivering high-quality HR services, including employee data management, payroll, claims, and HR helpdesk support. Your key focus will be ensuring SLA adherence, process improvement, stakeholder satisfaction, and governance in a multi-country, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations and payroll processing across multiple regions
  • Drive compliance and data integrity across all employee lifecycle activities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve escalations, align processes, and manage vendor relationships
  • Champion process improvements, automation, and system enhancements (e.g., SAP, Workday)
  • Ensure team performance and service delivery excellence across functions
  • Support transformation or implementation projects (HRIS/payroll) in alignment with business goals

Qualification & Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR / HR shared services, with strong hands-on experience in payroll and employee lifecycle management
  • Proven track record in leading regional payroll and HR operations teams
  • Experience with HR systems like SAP, Workday, or other major HRIS platforms
  • Strong project management skills and involvement in process improvement/HR transformation initiatives
  • Effective people manager, stakeholder communicator, and problem solver
  • Detail-oriented with strong compliance and data governance mindset
