Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Global Process Owner (GPO) with a strong background in HR processes and a proven track record of driving transformation in global organizations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in employee lifecycle management and experience in process design, automation, and global standardization. This is a strategic yet hands-on role, requiring the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, lead process improvements, and implement global initiatives at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating closely with regional HR heads to ensure alignment and adoption of newly designed processes
  • Leading the transition to new, standardized ways of working across regions and functions
  • Implementing a structured, process-driven approach to HR transformation, grounded in international best practices
  • Managing and mentoring a team of four direct reports (manager-level individual contributors)
  • Acting as a change agent and business partner to senior HR stakeholders globally.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Experience in international HR roles, ideally with a mix of operational HR experience and ownership of end-to-end processes at the global or regional level
  • Expertise in managing HR processes within large organizations, particularly in shared service center environments
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing global HR processes
  • Familiarity with SSC environments and understanding the operational model of HR processes
  • Willingness to work within an international team, considering various time zones and regions
