Description

We are hiring a HR Global Operations Lead to… play a critical role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across global HR service delivery. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end process design, documentation, and optimization initiatives within the HR support function. This person will ensure alignment with global standards, compliance requirements, and business needs while fostering a culture of efficiency, quality, and customer-centricity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of HR support processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, employee data management), ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with global HR strategy.
  • Maintain employee qualification databases, coordinate in-plant training, and deliver sessions or assessments as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, CoEs, and HR Technology teams to ensure process alignment and integration.
  • Act as a liaison between global and regional HR support teams to promote consistent execution and effective feedback loops.
  • Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs for HR support processes in partnership with leadership.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support change initiatives by assessing process impacts, updating documentation, and communicating changes to stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth transitions during system upgrades, policy changes, or organizational transformations.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to process execution and data handling.

Qualification & Requirements

Who You Are:

You are someone who collaborates closely with regional HR teams, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), HR Technology, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR processes and help deliver a consistent employee experience across the globe.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or process improvement roles, preferably within a global or matrixed organization.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies, with the ability to extract insights and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Deep understanding of HR service delivery models, including tiered support structures and global process governance.
  • Proven experience in HR transformation projects, such as system implementations, process redesign, or changes in service delivery models.
  • Successful track record leading cross-regional HR initiatives, with awareness of cultural and regional compliance requirements.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Proven ability to lead without formal authority, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across functions.
  • Experience with platforms like SuccessFactors is a plus; strong technical aptitude is sufficient for training on specific systems.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or ARIS is beneficial; candidates with a strong process mindset and analytical skills can learn these quickly
  • Certifications like Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or SHRM are desirable but not required if the candidate has hands-on experience in process improvement or project management.
