Description

We are seeking a results-driven HR Director to lead people operations and HR service delivery across APAC markets. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, compliance, and scalable HR solutions, while supporting business growth through streamlined and digitized people processes.

HR Director (Shared Services)

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Service Delivery

  • Oversee the development and enhancement of HR service channels in collaboration with People Operations and Technology teams.
  • Lead country-level HR teams across APAC, providing functional direction in payroll, performance management, compensation, succession planning, and HR administration.
  • Manage end-to-end HR service delivery in assigned countries, including Philippines, Singapore, and Australia, ensuring timely and efficient execution of all HR processes.

Process Optimization & Transformation

  • Identify and implement process improvements within People Services through automation, digitization, and organizational redesign.
  • Drive continuous improvement across all HR operational functions to ensure high-quality service standards and cost efficiency.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Collaborate with HR Operations and Governance leads to ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Maintain and improve HR risk controls and reporting mechanisms, ensuring timely resolution of issues and incidents.

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on people-related matters across the region.
  • Participate in operational and transformation strategy boards to align HR priorities with broader business objectives.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee recruitment and sourcing strategies to meet business hiring needs across APAC and other countries if needed.
  • Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development in alignment with current and future organizational needs.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of senior HR leadership experience, ideally covering multi-country scope.
  • Experience in a Tech/ Financial Shared Services organization is a huge plus!
  • Proven ability to lead HR transformation and implement scalable systems and processes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience working in matrixed, cross-border organizational environments.
