Lead the daily operations of the HR function across the APAC region, driving strategic initiatives that align with our fintech vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key contributor to our HR transformation journey, elevating our practices to meet the dynamic needs of the finance technology landscape.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative people strategies that foster organizational growth and employee engagement.
  • Manage HR initiatives autonomously, showcasing your ability to generate and execute ideas that lead to meaningful results.
  • Collaborate effectively with a diverse group of global stakeholders, contributing to a high-energy, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualification & Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of extensive HR experience, ideally within Fintech, Financial services or Technology sectors.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all HR functions, including Operations, Systems, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Employee Relations, and working practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal presence and credibility, coupled with outstanding communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • A solution-focused mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams with diverse skill sets and experiences.
  • Highly adaptable and motivated, with a proven ability to thrive in multicultural environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating seamlessly within a team and working independently when needed.
  • Availability to accommodate global time zones.
  • Experience in a fast-paced fintech or high-tech startup environment is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
