Description

The HR and Admin Director provide strategic leadership and direction in all aspects of Human Resources and Administrative Management. This role oversees organizational development, talent management, and the delivery of shared HR services across multiple business units. The position ensures alignment of HR and administrative strategies with business goals to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR and Administrative strategies that support company objectives, growth, and long-term sustainability.
  • Partner with executive leadership in organizational planning, workforce structuring, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and internal policies across all HR and Admin functions.

Organizational Development (OD)

  • Lead the design and execution of organizational development frameworks, including structure reviews, competency mapping, and change management initiatives.
  • Drive the implementation of succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing programs.
  • Evaluate and enhance organizational culture, engagement, and performance alignment across all levels.
  • Champion initiatives that strengthen company values, communication, and collaboration.

Shared HR Services Management

  • Oversee the centralized HR services supporting multiple business units, including Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, HR Administration, Training & Development, and Employee Relations.
  • Establish service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance standards to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness of shared HR functions.
  • Implement HR automation and digitalization initiatives to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.
  • Monitor and analyze key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, engagement) for data-driven decision-making.

Administration and Compliance

  • Oversee Administrative operations, including facilities management, procurement, asset control, and company permits or regulatory documentation.
  • Ensure smooth office operations, vendor management, and cost-effective administrative support services.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams for adherence to statutory and internal governance policies.

Leadership and People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR and Admin management team to build capability and accountability.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through effective communication, goal-setting, and employee empowerment.
  • Serve as an advisor to management on people-related matters, conflict resolution, and organizational risks.
