Description
We are hiring a seasoned Head – Procure-to-Pay (PTP) to lead the PTP function within a Captive Finance Shared Services setup. The role focuses on optimizing PTP strategy, improving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and managing key stakeholder relationships across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire Procure-to-Pay vertical and ensure SLA/KPI compliance
- Design and implement strategic PTP process improvements
- Oversee audits, internal controls, and tax compliance
- Leverage data insights and digital tools to optimize process quality
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align process expectations
- Provide leadership and development support to the PTP team
- Drive innovation through Lean, Six Sigma, and automation
- Lead transitions of PTP processes and ERP integrations
Qualification & Requirements
Required Skills & Profile:
- 18+ years post-qualification experience, with 15+ years in PTP/client service/shared services
- Minimum 10 years in a leadership/people development role
- Expert in SAP, MS Office, process transformation, and performance management
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax laws, and internal controls
- Certified in Lean/Six Sigma (preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and decision-making skills

Qualification: CA (1st or 2nd attempt) / MBA (Finance or Accounting)
