Description

Lead the business transformation and information security of the Group as a whole. This role steers process redesign, tool implementation — ERP modules, SaaS platforms, or custom-built solutions — and security & compliance across all Group functions (Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, etc.). Finance represents a major transformation block and the candidate’s Finance background will be a key asset to lead this workstream with credibility.

The Head of ATF Transformation directly manages three key roles: the Head of ATF Products, the Group CISO, and the Head of IT France.

Head of Transformation

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Transformation (Group-wide, Finance as anchor)

  • Redesign and modernize how the Group operates — starting with Finance, extending to all functions.
  • Map, challenge and redesign business processes across all functions (Finance: R2R, P2P, O2C, Tax, Treasury; plus HR, Sales, Operations) to identify inefficiencies and harmonization levers
  • Define target operating models with business leadership, balancing Group-level standardization with local specificities, and prioritize transformation initiatives by value and effort
  • Drive adoption across all business communities: communication plans, Super Users networks, tiered training programs, and alignment with key stakeholders (CFO, COO, CEO, HR Lead)

Tool Strategy & Implementation Oversight

  • Own the right blend of ERP modules, SaaS, and custom-built tools across the Group.
  • Define and maintain the Group business tools roadmap; steer build/buy/configure decisions and supervise delivery in close collaboration with the Head of ATF Products
  • Oversee ERP deployments (vendor & SI relationships, data migration) and custom tool rollouts; track CAPEX/OPEX budgets and manage SLAs with cloud providers

Data Governance & Integrity

  • Establish a Group data governance framework: ownership, quality rules, lineage, and access rights by function
  • Ensure GDPR compliance across all business data flows (with the Group DPO) and reliable data availability for Group-level reporting

Security, Compliance & Resilience (Group-wide)

  • Protect all Group functions and maintain international certifications — strategic direction in close collaboration with the Group CISO.
  • Own ISO 27001 compliance: documentation, controls, audits, certification renewals, and scope extension; champion security-by-design across all transformation initiatives
  • Define and enforce information security policies; sponsor security culture programs (phishing simulations, awareness training); oversee BCP/DRP and lead preparation for external certifications (ISO 27001, SOC2)

IT Infrastructure & Operations

  • Set direction and own the budget; day-to-day operations managed by the Head of IT France.
  • Define the Group IT infrastructure strategy: hardware lifecycle, endpoint standards, network architecture, and server consolidation roadmap
  • Own the IT infrastructure budget (CAPEX/OPEX); set Group standards for workstation provisioning, MDM platforms, and network access policies in partnership with the Head of IT France

Qualification & Requirements

  • Finance background (key differentiator): Deep expertise in Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, Treasury, Tax) to lead the Finance workstream with full credibility vis-à-vis CFOs and Controllers
  • Technology & Tools: Solid understanding of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or equivalent), SaaS, and custom-built product environments; experience managing tool implementations across multiple business functions
  • Transformation experience: Proven track record of leading business transformation programs (process redesign, system change, organizational adoption) across multi-site or international groups; mastery of change management and Agile/hybrid delivery
  • Security & Compliance: Proven ISO 27001 experience at Group level; familiarity with GDPR, SOC2 and broader frameworks (NIST, ITIL); CISM or CISSP certification a plus
  • People management: Ability to manage and develop senior technical leaders across diverse disciplines (product, security, infrastructure) and integrate their workstreams into a unified Group approach
  • Seniority & Education: 10+ years of experience, with 3–5 years in a “Head of” or leadership role in a multi-site international Group; Master’s in Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science; MBA or dual Finance + Tech qualification a strong advantage
  • Soft skills: Business acumen, pragmatism, change leadership, and
