Head of Talent Acquisition – Global Business

Key Responsibilities

As a Head of Talent Acquisition, Global Business Services in our Global Talent Acquisition department, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead TA GBS according to client’s leadership principles, coaching both direct reports and entire unit to foster a diverse, skilled, and high-performing area. You will lead a unit of 15 people, consisting of 5 TA professionals as direct reports and 2 leads with team of 9 TA professionals. You will report to the Director of GBS and be part of GBS Management team.
  • Translate forecasting and Global TA Strategy goals into GBS Action Plan for the area in collaboration with the operational TA leader, managing operational targets, workload planning & execution in alignment with GBS Mgmt. Team to optimize resource allocation across GTA.
  • Ensure strong collaboration with key senior stakeholders, proactively sharing strategic insights & opportunities, and support unit in management & strengthening of stakeholder relations. Actively contribute with improvement opportunities towards external setup including RPO collaboration.
  • Ensure data integrity and overall compliance for TA GBS, aligning with relevant senior stakeholders, and in alignment with the Client’s diversity & inclusion principles.

Qualification & Requirements

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree within HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication or similar
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or associated field, including minimum 5 years leadership experience
  • Prioritizes compassion while delivering value to the Line of Business through others, ensuring their well-being and personal development, and leveraging strong leadership skills to mentor direct reports.
  • Demonstrates outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, engaging with individuals at all levels, fostering lasting, trustworthy relationships, and guiding direct reports accordingly.
  • Embraces a collaborative approach, valuing close cooperation and knowledge-sharing within Global TA, and fosters the same within the organization.
  • Adapts seamlessly between operations and strategy, both in managing others and in personal performance, identifying, formulating, and implementing improvement opportunities across areas.
  • Excels in managing dynamic environments and driving strategic TA projects by skillfully engaging with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates an ability to manage conflicts and assist direct reports in handling difficult situations.
  • Possesses a compliance-driven mindset with a high degree of ethics.
