Head of Talent Acquisition – DACH

Key Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for Talent Acquisition within the DACH region
  • You will assume the professional and disciplinary management of the assigned employees in your area
  • In addition, you are responsible for the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies based on personnel requirements
  • You identify trends and developments in the labor market and take on the development of employer branding strategies and implement them
  • In addition, you will be responsible for managing external service providers and selecting suitable agencies, personnel service providers and job boards
  • You will also work with other local, regional and global HR Operations units
  • The design and provision of excellent standard processes as well as the continuous development of the processes is also your responsibility
  • You independently manage HR projects within the Talent Acquisition area and participate in higher-level HR projects (e.g. introduction of SuccessFactors – Recruiting & Onboarding module)
  • You create and are responsible for budget and resource planning in your area
  • Furthermore, you promote innovations / positive changes / digitalization and live the service concept

Qualification & Requirements

  • Completed studies in human resources, business administration or comparable course of study
  • Experience in HR or a Shared Service Centre (SSC) environment
  • management experience is an advantage
  • Experience with HR IT systems
  • Lean Management / Lean Admin / Six Sigma or similar training is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of German and English
