Head of Shared Services, Payroll & HR IT

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the smooth running of personnel administration and payroll in SAP for 4,500 employees at four locations.
  • You ensure service-oriented and standardized HR processes across locations.
  • You increase efficiency through cross-location harmonization and consistent digitalization while working in virtual teams.
  • You ensure an efficient and user-oriented national IT HR system landscape within the framework of the international HR IT strategy.
  • Accompanying and/or responsible management of cross-functional HR projects is also part of your tasks.
  • You build a cross-location HR service organization and actively support the organizational change process.
  • You lead the Shared Services, Payroll & HR IT department in accordance with Dr. Oetker’s leadership principles and understand how to ensure the development and maintenance of high-performance teams, e.g. through health-conscious leadership as well as through the recruitment and development of internal and external talent with the help of feedback and talent management.
  • You also create an inspiring, performance-enhancing and appreciative working environment.

Qualification & Requirements

  • You have completed a university degree with a focus on human resources management.
  • You have varied and many years of professional experience in operational human resources work as well as proven experience and knowledge in payroll accounting.
  • You also have many years of experience in setting up service center structures.
  • You have a deep understanding of IT and digital HR knowledge with a strong interface mindset.
  • You have many years of management experience.
  • Furthermore, you are characterized by strong analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as a hands-on mentality.
  • You are able to make decisions and have an understanding of the business as well as cost awareness.
  • Your enthusiasm and proactivity are contagious.
  • You have excellent communication skills and empathy and are ready for active change management.
