Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s finance, human resources, and infrastructure departments. You will also serve as a sparring partner for the board of directors and other members of the executive management team.

Head of Shared Services (Finance, Human Resources and Infrastructure) – Member of the Executive Board

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation of the company’s objectives in accordance with the Board of Directors and annual plan
  • Leadership, coaching and further development of department heads
  • Ensuring excellent service quality and efficient processes
  • Responsibility for finances, budget control, liquidity planning and key performance indicator management
  • Further development of organization, quality, HR, infrastructure and sustainability
  • Representation of the company internally and externally, as well as networking.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Several years of management experience in the hotel, tourism or service industry
  • Strong business management expertise in finance, controlling and organization
  • Knowledge of labor law, HR management and quality management
  • Strong social skills, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Excellent German and English skills; additional languages ​​are an advantage.
