Head of Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and drive change within the accounting and ledger team.
• Actively contribute to change projects.
• Support the implementation and rollout of the business system (Navision) for the acquired companies.
• Identify and implement paths to automation and process efficiency (e.g. automatic reconciliation tools).
• Ensure consistent working methods and high quality in a transaction-intensive environment.
• Report to CFO Sweden and be a sounding board on strategic issues.

We believe that you have:

• Experience of working in a Shared Service environment or a similar transaction-intensive business.
• A strong accounting background and good understanding of complex flows.
• Documented experience of leading personnel (as a manager or Team Lead).
• Experience of change management, preferably in connection with system changes or mergers.
• Background from retail, trade or the engineering industry is seen as an advantage.
• Previous experience of Navision or Business Central with integration with side systems is a plus.
• Academic education in the field of economics or equivalent.
