Description
The Head of Shared Services (SSC) is responsible for driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives within the organization. This role oversees financial and resource management, ensuring departmental budgets are effectively managed and cost efficiency is maintained. The Head of SSC will optimize resource allocation and vendor management to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Shared Services vision and roadmap.
- Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of group leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across Procurement, Logistics, and Economical support.
- Ensure service delivery meets agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Act as a key liaison between shared services and other business units.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to enhance overall business performance.
- Manage departmental budgets and monitor cost efficiency.
- Optimize resource allocation and oversee vendor management.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across shared services functions.
Qualification & Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in team leadership and resource management (10+).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience in driving process improvements and automation projects is highly desirable.
- Experience in an international environment.
- Knowledge of major ERP systems (SAP)
- Fluent English & Czech (German language is a great advantage)
