Description
For a renowned real estate company, we are looking for an experienced leader to manage the Shared Service Center with a focus on accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical and disciplinary management of the internal SSC team for accounts receivable/accounts payable accounting
- Control and standardization of internal accounting processes within the group
- Close cooperation with other finance departments, purchasing, HR and other internal interfaces
- Responsibility for the quality and efficiency of accounting processes
- Participation in group-wide projects for process optimization and digitalization
- Further development and optimization of processes in the ERP system
Qualification & Requirements
- Several years of management experience in finance/accounting, ideally in a corporate environment
- Sound knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting as well as process optimization
- IT affinity and very good knowledge of ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
- Very good knowledge of German
- A structured and solution-oriented way of working
- High integrity and service understanding when dealing with internal partners
