Description

My client a prominent financial services organization, is currently looking for a Head of Shared Services to lead and transform our Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur. This is a key leadership role responsible for supporting the Group’s financial accounting, HR, payroll, IT, corporate services, and other shared service functions across the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of technology-enabled shared services, improving client experience and delivering business value across the APAC region.
  • Oversee the integration of financial accounting, payroll, IT, and corporate services to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
  • Optimize business processes, drive cost efficiency, and enhance service delivery through innovative solutions and process improvements.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team to manage the shared services functions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the Group to develop and implement strategies that support growth and operational excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading shared services operations, preferably within financial, IT, or corporate services functions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams in a multicultural environment.
  • Expertise in optimizing business processes and implementing integrated, technology-driven solutions.
  • Experience working across the Asia Pacific region is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
