Key Responsibilities
- Management of teams and consultants in the area of payroll & HR services.
- Supporting customers and leading service review meetings.
- Ensuring high service quality and managing KPIs.
- Optimization of onboarding and service processes.
- Responsibility for client payroll.
- Expert advice and support for the team.
- Managing the further development and expansion of the team and/or customer portfolio.
- Proactive communication with customers and improving customer relationships.
- Generating additional business and promoting a cost management culture.
- P&L responsibility for the MS Public Germany division.
- Implementation of strategies to ensure growth and profitability.
- Identifying market trends and national & international stakeholder management.
Qualification & Requirements
- Completed studies in business administration, computer science or a commercial apprenticeship or approximately 5 years of experience in the payroll area.
- Knowledge of wage tax, social security and labor law.
- Several years of management experience in HR/PY software and services.
- Experience in payroll and HR systems.
- Relevant experience in human resources management.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, empathy and resilience.
- Negotiation skills, strong customer focus and service mentality.
- Willingness to travel of approximately 30%.
- Fluent German and business fluent English.
