Description

Key Responsibilities
- Representing SSC organization internally and externally
- Implementing group strategies into actionable plans aligned with business goals
- Designing the SSC’s structure to support operations and improve efficiency
- Tracking key performance metrics to ensure accurate and timely services Leading initiatives for continuous improvement and adopting best practices
- Working with global teams to create consistent, streamlined processes
- Acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Communicating with partners to resolve issues and ensure service alignment
- Working with other global service centers to ensure alignment on global initiatives
Qualification & Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Over 10 years of progressive responsibility in SSC/GBS environments.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading teams of over 100 employees
- A successful track record in driving change management initiatives that promote a solution-focused mindset.
- Strong understanding and experience in financial processes.
- A deep commitment to driving continuous improvement across processes
- Strong ability to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong planning and operational management skills, with a focus on fostering a problem-solving and inclusive culture.
- Demonstrated success in applying process standardization and improvement methodologies.
