Head of Shared Service Center

Key Responsibilities

  • Representing SSC organization internally and externally
  • Implementing group strategies into actionable plans aligned with business goals
  • Designing the SSC’s structure to support operations and improve efficiency
  • Tracking key performance metrics to ensure accurate and timely services Leading initiatives for continuous improvement and adopting best practices
  • Working with global teams to create consistent, streamlined processes
  • Acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicating with partners to resolve issues and ensure service alignment
  • Working with other global service centers to ensure alignment on global initiatives

Qualification & Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Over 10 years of progressive responsibility in SSC/GBS environments.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading teams of over 100 employees
  • A successful track record in driving change management initiatives that promote a solution-focused mindset.
  • Strong understanding and experience in financial processes.
  • A deep commitment to driving continuous improvement across processes
  • Strong ability to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong planning and operational management skills, with a focus on fostering a problem-solving and inclusive culture.
  • Demonstrated success in applying process standardization and improvement methodologies.
