Description

We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to lead our HR Hub Switzerland for our team in Zurich. In this key position, you’ll not only assume overall management of our HR Hub, but will also be responsible for timely payroll processing and the efficient execution of HR operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Management and further development of the HR Hub Switzerland
  • Responsibility for timely payroll processing for seven companies
  • Managing HR operations for four companies
  • Continuous optimization of processes in the area of salary and social security
  • Analysis and implementation of wage comparisons and benchmarks
  • Ensuring monthly reporting to the division
  • Harmonization of HR operations with Rheinmetall standards
  • Preparation and follow-up of internal and external audits
  • Further development of HR services for other companies
  • Active participation in local and global digitalization projects

Qualification & Requirements

  • A completed commercial or business administration training, supplemented by further training as a federally certified HR specialist, HR manager or MAS HR
  • Expertise in HR administration and HR operations in Switzerland
  • Proven experience and qualifications in the areas of payroll (CAS Payroll) and social security (CAS Social Security)
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a dynamic transformation environment
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, high level of independence and a strong hands-on mentality
  • Proficient in all common MS Office programs, SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and empathetic interaction with different stakeholders
