Head of Record to Report

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to the European Leadership Team, Financial Services Leadership, and Pilgrim’s Pride US.
• Ensure consistency in accounting policies and SOX controls across European entities.
• Lead statutory reporting, audits, and HMRC disclosures.
• Manage and develop a team of 20+ finance professionals.
• Build strong relationships between European Business Units and Financial Services.
• Support the Director of Financial Services in evolving the function and delivering strategic projects.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for European Business Units.
• Ensure accuracy in group consolidation and intercompany eliminations across multi-currency entities.
• Oversee completion of statutory accounts and audits.
• Manage fixed and leased assets across all business units.
• Ensure compliance with group reporting timetables and disclosure requirements.

Qualification & Requirements

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior finance leaders and auditors.
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge existing processes and drive improvements.
