Head of Procure to Pay, Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end PtP function within the Accounting organization, covering invoice management, payment processing, vendor controls, and reconciliations.
• Build and lead a team to support the PtP process across multiple markets — or take an existing setup to the next level as we grow.
• Drive operational excellence by designing and implementing streamlined, automated, and scalable processes.
• Ensure strong financial controls and compliance, including alignment with SOX and audit readiness.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Legal, Tech, and wider Finance teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Be a change agent who contributes to Wolt’s global finance transformation journey.

Qualification & Requirements

• Solid background in accounting or finance, with specific experience in leading PtP / AP functions.
• Experience in shared service center (SSC) leadership or similar centralized accounting operations is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to scale and optimize processes in a fast-growth, agile organization.
• Understanding of financial compliance frameworks and internal controls (e.g. SOX).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A hands-on mindset — willing to dig into the details and roll up your sleeves when needed.
