We’re looking for a strategic leader to head the Philippine operations for a leading global financial services firm. This is a high-impact role that blends operations, people management, and technology oversight in a growing regional hub. You’ll be responsible for driving innovation, enhancing delivery, and fostering collaboration across key business and support functions.

Head of Philippines Operations & Technology

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead multiple business support functions (Tech, Ops, HR, Finance, Corporate Services) to ensure smooth, compliant, and high-performing operations
  • Align and implement local initiatives with global strategies and objectives across multiple time zones
  • Drive the growth and transformation of a world-class technology delivery team within the Philippines
  • Manage local risk, operational governance, and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Partner with global stakeholders and internal teams to champion Manila as a centre of excellence

Qualification & Requirements

  • At least 15+ years of leadership experience in financial services, with strong expertise in operations and technology delivery
  • Proven track record managing and scaling offshore centres or shared services functions
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and transformation initiatives at a global level
  • A strong understanding of digital transformation trends, risk management, and continuous improvement practices
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills, with a passion for developing high-performing teams
