Head of P&C Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact of IVSSI for consultation on transfer projects for P&C Shared Services (identifying and analyzing potentials).
  • Be involved in the planning and execution of transition projects from other locations into IVSSI, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations, industry best practices and the like while ensuring the transfers are done in a way that is best for the company context in the most cost-efficient and quality-driven way.
  • Responsible for overseeing and running the operations and P&C services being delivered from IVSSI to the various subsidiaries it supports and ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are met and reported out to stakeholders accordingly.
  • Responsible for Strategic, Operational, and Technical Leadership for the teams composed of professionals with varied, in-depth, or niche technical knowledge and abilities; consolidating their work and ensuring its quality and accuracy, especially for reporting purposes.
  • This person has the ability to establish a structured way of operating the team and to analyze data and understand the financial performance of the team in order to better manage his/her operations.
  • Acts as the people manager for the associates and team leads delivering the service, ensuring compliance with SLAs and fulfilling the administrative tasks that go along with it.
  • Improve and standardize finance processes to enhance efficiency and the quality of work delivered.
  • Address concerns of finance counterparts and collaborate with them to effectively execute services.
  • Manage strategic planning initiatives, changes, governance infrastructure and risk management

  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on skills and experience.
  • Adhere to the Code of Business Conduct, Internal Control System, and all subscribed standards.

Qualification & Requirements

  • A pioneering spirit and willingness to build, nurture and develop a young P&C Services organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree holder, and further studies in relevant topics are a plus
  • Proven extensive experience in a Human Resources (P&C) role, preferably in a multinational company (Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of P&C-related regulations, compliance, legal considerations and internal controls.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems (SAP, Excel).
  • Business English, stakeholder management and presentation skills to work in a global environment and collaborate with Director and C-level management colleagues and stakeholders.
