Description
We are looking for a highly experienced and results-oriented Head of Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading and managing complex operations in a global BPO environment.
The Head of Operations will be responsible for taking part in global steering meetings managed across the 11 hubs worldwide managed by the organization. These meetings will be a critical opportunity for the Head of Operations to share best practices, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that the company’s operations are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of operations professionals
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage budgets and resources
- Monitor and report on operational performance
- Optimize workflows and processes
- Resolve operational issues and escalate as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Represent the company at global steering meetings
Qualification & Requirements
- Master’s degree in a related field
- 10+ years of experience in a BPO Operations role
- Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles
- Experience with global operations in international environment
