Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the Mobility division including strategic direction
- Control and optimization of rental, subscription models and sharing concepts
- Management and further development of the mobility teams at the Ergolding and Chemnitz locations
- Identification of digitalization potential and implementation of growth strategies
- optimization of pricing and tariff structures
- Establishment and management of cooperations with OEMs and leasing companies
- monitoring and controlling KPIs
Qualification & Requirements
- Experience in a leadership role within the mobility industry, car rental or automotive trade
- Strategic competence and analytical skills
- Experience in the digital transformation of mobility solutions
- Confident use of booking and fleet management systems
- Strong leadership skills to manage multiple locations and teams
- Negotiating skills and a confident demeanor when dealing with business partners and service providers
- You think innovatively and want to proactively develop your area
