Description

We are hiring a Head of Marketing Operations to own and run the marketing execution system across all group companies.

This role is not a creative role and not an ads-buying role.

It is a senior operations role focused on structure, delivery, accountability, documentation, and revenue enablement. You will ensure that all marketing activities are properly planned, executed, tracked, documented, and reported using HubTasks, and that marketing efforts consistently support lead generation and revenue growth across the group.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Systems

  • Own the marketing workflow across all group companies using HubTasks
  • Ensure every marketing task has a clear owner, deadline, dependency, SOP, and completion proof
  • Maintain clean task structures, priorities, and timelines
  • Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks before they impact results

Team & Resource Management

  • Manage and coordinate remote marketing team members (ads, content, design, copy, SEO)
  • Allocate resources across brands based on revenue priorities set by the CEO
  • Enforce deadlines, standards, and KPIs
  • Escalate underperformance and recommend corrective actions or replacements

Documentation & SOPs

  • Build, maintain, and enforce marketing SOPs
  • Ensure all recurring marketing activities are documented and followed
  • Continuously improve processes to increase speed, consistency, and quality

Revenue & Marketing Alignment

  • Ensure lead generation systems are always active and functioning
  • Ensure no loss of leads due to process, routing, or system failure
  • Work with performance marketing and sales teams to maintain funnel health
  • Ensure marketing activities align with revenue targets and business priorities

Reporting & Visibility

  • Prepare clear weekly and monthly reports for the CEO
  • Track and report on lead volume, funnel health, campaign status, and execution risks
  • Provide clarity on which channels and activities are contributing to revenue
  • Flag risks, delays, or underperformance early with proposed solutions

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Operational KPIs
    • Minimum 95% on-time task completion rate
    • Zero tasks without owner or deadline
    • Zero overdue tasks beyond 24 hours without documented reason
    • 100% SOP coverage for recurring marketing tasks within 60 days
  • Revenue-Linked Marketing KPIs
    • Agreed monthly marketing-qualified lead targets supported and maintained per business
    • Cost-per-lead governance within approved ranges
    • Zero lead loss due to system or execution failures
    • 90%+ of revenue traceable to a marketing source within 90 days
    • Clear, accurate reporting that allows the CEO to understand marketing-to-revenue performance in under 5 minutes
  • CEO Impact KPI
    • Reduction of marketing-related escalations to the CEO by at least 70% within 60 days

Qualification & Requirements

Required Experience

  • 4–7 years total professional experience
  • Minimum 2 years managing remote teams
  • Proven experience running workflows using task or project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Notion, or similar)

Skills 

  • Strong organizational and execution skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • High attention to detail and process discipline
  • Comfortable enforcing deadlines and accountability
  • Able to work independently without micromanagement

Technical Requirements

  • Stable internet connection
  • Own laptop or desktop suitable for full-time remote work
