Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the LSS Manila team, fostering collaboration and high performance
- Develop and implement strategies that align with global legal operations
- Oversee resource planning, budget, staffing, and day-to-day operations
- Drive process improvements, service quality, and stakeholder engagement
- Lead talent development, performance management, and training initiatives
- Collaborate across teams to resolve complex issues and ensure alignment
- Monitor financial performance and support offshoring and cost optimization
Qualification & Requirements
- Law degree (advanced degree/certifications preferred)
- 10+ years legal experience with strong legal operations/leadership background
- Proven strategic, leadership, communication, and financial management skills
- Experience in global, fast-paced environments with a continuous improvement mindset
