Key Responsibilities

• Your responsibilities include maximizing the value delivered to financial stakeholders through optimized IT services and IT asset investments, while ensuring cost efficiency.
• After analyzing financial and business requirements, you identify solutions that align with the company’s strategy and directly improve financial operations through processes, applications, data, and services.
• By building strong, trust-based partnerships with global stakeholders, you jointly pursue strategic financial goals and ensure transparency in budgets, risks, and priorities.
• Together with your teams, you will manage and optimize the performance of our IT program and service portfolio in the financial sector to ensure it aligns with changing business priorities.
• By designing and implementing our IT operating model, you ensure that the finance department receives consistent, high-quality, and reliable technology services that support compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence.
• They strengthen the organization’s digital maturity by defining future-oriented roadmaps, improving financial processes, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting new business opportunities.

Qualification & Requirements

• Qualifications: You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable academic background.
• Experience: You have at least ten years of experience in global IT leadership, consulting, or strategic planning and have led large international teams.
• Know-how and skills: You demonstrate strong expertise in enterprise solutions such as SAP FI/CO/HR/MM, a deep understanding of record-to-report and hire-to-retire processes, and competence in frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, and Agile.
• Nice to have: Experience in designing or implementing a global IT operating model.
• Personality: They combine strategic thinking with practical leadership, inspire teams across cultures, and act with high reliability, clarity, and emotional intelligence.
• Language skills: You speak fluent English and German and feel comfortable in an international environment.
