Head of Human Resources-Thailand （local hire）

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage local shared service team:

• Deliver cross-functional HR services including C&B, personnel administration, visa processing, employee relations, and vendor management
• Develop/optimize workflows, policies, and team capabilities
• Ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance

Local policy development & advisory:

• Analyze labor market trends to shape/update company policies
• Provide expert advice on Thai labor regulations to Business Units (risk mitigation focus)
• Liaise with government authorities for compliance matters

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above (HR Management preferred)
• 5+ years HR leadership experience in multinational corporations
• Thorough understanding of Thai labor laws (Southeast Asia regional knowledge a plus)
• Expertise in C&B, visa processing, and vendor management (COE/HR consulting background preferred)
• Fluent Chinese & English & Thai
