Description
This role shall be responsible for overall managing and implementing processes and programs , which ensures to help grow and succeed the businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and design systems to support the existing businesses to help operate efficiently
- Create programs to ensure sustainability of HR systems to support both new and old businesses
- Build teams through a robust talent management strategy to ensure teams and developed businesses are properly supplied with talent.
- Study and review organizational structures and models to ensure they are optimal for the operation and execution newly formed businesses.
- Develop the venture build model to support the different businesses for set up and start up.
- Program in structures to ensure that the Build teams are on track with their growth targets.
- Design, develop and deploy programs that will enable the culture to build its DNA aligned to the mission and vision of the entire conglomerate.
Qualification & Requirements
- Graduate of a 4 year course (preferably Organizational Communication, Industrial Engineering & Entrepreneurship)
- At least 15 years experience in Key Leadership roles across HR
- Solid background in in Strategic Talent Management and Organizational Design and Development
- Experienced in different types of HR Modelling and Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Experienced in Venture Building management and operation
