Head of HRBP

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of HR processes and development of people strategy
  • Drive effective communication, engagement, and collaboration across the organisation
  • Contribute to regional projects and ensure compliance with safety and integrity standards
  • Understand and contribute to the overall Business and People Strategy
  • Determine and deliver the best approach in area of responsibility
  • Execute HR priorities while adding value to the business
  • Align with region and global people strategy, adapting them to the local context
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that the area of responsibility is appropriately organised, staffed, skilled, and directed
  • Represent HR in the business, establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees
  • Facilitate success of change management initiatives across area of responsibility
  • Ensure all employees understand Safety and Integrity standards and act accordingly

Qualification & Requirements

  • Has 15 years of experience within Human Resources Business Partner Lead role within multinational retail companies
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes including Talent Acquisition, People Reviews, Succession Planning
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with all business leaders and employees
  • Experience in coaching, motivating, and developing talent
