Head of HR Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for establishing and managing a centralized HR Shared Services function that delivers efficient and effective HR services across the organization; requiring strategic leadership, strong operational oversight, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance employee experience and drive organizational effectiveness.

Qualification & Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administraiton, or a related field;
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications, preferred
• Strong leadership skills with minimum 5 years of proven ability to manage teams and drive change
• Minimum of 10 years experience in HR management
• Minimum of 5 years experience, focused on shared services or service delivery
• Have set up an HR Shared Services, or other relevant transformation projects for HR Operating Model/s, required
