Description

The Head of HR Shared Services will play a critical role in leading and managing HR Operations, Shared Services, and HRIS within the company. This senior HR leader will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and enhancing the operational efficiency of HR processes and systems to promote and elevate the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Shared Services

  • Oversee the HR Shared Services team responsible for the employee lifecycle and HR operations.
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
  • Stay updated with statutory and compliance requirements to ensure HR processes are aligned.

HRIS

  • Drive the HR technology strategy to optimize platforms for user experience and requirements.
  • Develop analytics and dashboards to promote data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with IT to drive HR system enhancements, integrations, and digital initiatives.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 12-15 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance standards.
  • Leadership: Proven track record and demonstrated success in leading and managing HR Operations or Shared Services teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and an ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strategic & Hands-On: A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to manage HR operations.
