Description
For our central Corporate People and Culture department, we are now looking for a part-time Head of HR Shared Services (m/f/d)
Key Responsibilities
- You will take over the technical and disciplinary management of the payroll and time management department, including further development of the qualifications and competencies of the payroll and admin team
- You are responsible for the entire monthly group payroll accounting
- You are the contact person for social security and income tax issues as well as communication with social insurance providers and authorities
- SAP application support for administration, accounting and time management is one of your tasks
- The optimization of human resources processes in SAP HCM is one of your tasks
- You are responsible for the development of the SAP HCM application using customizing by SAP/HCM Consulting House
- You will be responsible for planning and implementing SAP HCM projects from concept to go live
- They document process improvements, new developments and changes
- You support with administrative tasks, statistical evaluations, monthly reports and HR-related projects
- You are the interface to relevant internal areas such as the finance department and to external service providers
- You are responsible for payroll-relevant audits / year-end activities
Qualification & Requirements
- You have completed commercial training with appropriate further training and at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of payroll accounting with appropriate management experience
- You have very good knowledge of wage tax and social security law and experience in the application of collective agreements and works agreements
- You have in-depth knowledge in the area of company pension schemes and HR controlling, including experience in preparing ad hoc reports
- You are characterized by a very high level of structuring, assertiveness and implementation skills
- Good MS Office and good SAP HCM knowledge are a matter of course for you
- Confident demeanor, a strong communicative personality with high analytical skills and methodological competence round off your profile
