Description
As the Head of HR Shared Service Delivery, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient delivery of HR services, including Payroll, MI & Analytics, Learning & Development, Employee Lifecycle, Resourcing Administration, HR Customer Service, Travel, Expenses, and Global Mobility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR service delivery team, ensuring high-quality operational support across payroll, benefits administration, MI, L&D, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Develop and implement HR service strategies to enhance employee experience and optimize operational performance, including the adoption of digital HR solutions.
- Oversee the maintenance and development of HR systems and technologies, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and efficiency.
- Establish and monitor HR service performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Foster a culture of customer service excellence and operational efficiency, maintaining high service standards and managing relationships with external service providers.
- Lead initiatives to maintain and exceed the Great Place to Work accreditation, ensuring a positive and engaging employee experience through specialized training programs and continuous development.
Qualification & Requirements
- Proven ability to design and implement HR strategies and initiatives efficiently.
- Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, regulations, and trends.
- Preferably CIPD certified, with substantial experience in HR operations or service delivery, including proven leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in HR systems, processes, and technology platforms, with a focus on driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a data-driven mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in managing HR shared services, Travel and Global Mobility programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture while maintaining employer accreditation programs.
