Head of HR Shared Service Center

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the salary, company pension and travel expense accounting of the German Schuler companies, as well as for the preparation of the BAV, anniversary and ATZ reports
  • Planning and active participation in the implementation of HR projects, especially in the area of ​​process automation and digitization
  • Further development of the service offering, as well as continuous improvement of standards, especially with regard to the user experience in the HR Shared Service Organization
  • Technical and disciplinary management of the HR Shared Service Center (payroll accounting, company pensions, and travel expense accounting)
  • Responsibility for compliance with legal requirements and data protection regulations
  • Support of internal and external audits
  • cooperation with employee representatives

Qualification & Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of payroll, company pension and travel expense accounting, social security and tax law, annual financial statements (especially provisions), as well as (collective bargaining) knowledge of the metal and electrical industry
  • Experience in independently managing complex HR projects, as well as process automation and digitization (e.g. using RPA)
  • Broad, generalist HR expertise through many years of professional experience in human resources management
  • Implementation and assertive personality with a confident demeanor, high social skills and business understanding
  • Fluent German and English skills
