Frazer Jones is delighted to be exclusively retained for a confidential search to appoint an Head of HR in Philippines for a Nasdaq-listed US headquartered MNC with a major shared services hub in Manila. This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the Regional Head of HR, and will play a critical part in shaping and executing the country’s people strategy during an exciting stage of transformation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the senior HR leadership team, the Head of HR will act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior stakeholders, driving initiatives that enable organisational effectiveness, talent development and cultural alignment. The role will oversee an experienced HR team and will lead strategic workforce planning, organisational design and change management initiatives that underpin business transformation. The successful candidate will also provide executive coaching to senior leaders, embed leadership capability frameworks and champion employee engagement programs.

Qualification & Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring 15–20 years of progressive HR leadership experience within complex, multinational environments, ideally with exposure to shared services or global operations. Proven expertise in HR business partnering, change management and talent strategy is essential, alongside strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience in executive coaching, organisational development and driving cultural transformation will be highly advantageous.
