Description

The Head of Hire-To-Retire Services will oversee areas such as payroll, benefits administration, pension, HRIS management, compliance, employee relations, and HR data reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • As the Head of Head of Hire-To-Retire Services, you will have overall responsibility for employee lifecycle management. You will work closely with our internal customers to ensure flexibility and the highest standards.
  • You will work closely with the HR head of 6 Siemens companies in Israel.
  • You will be responsible for the payroll team in a high level (payroll experts will be reported to you).
  • You will be responsible to implement guidelines, processes and local regulation.
  • You will be responsible to implement and drive forward the digitization of HR systems and processes according to global requirements.
  • A good customer relationship is very important to you. You will be in close contact with the respective stakeholders and work together in a spirit of partnership and trust. You will proactively promote a culture of trusting collaboration within the organization.
  • You have overall responsibility for creating and adhering to the budget and the set productivity targets.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in HR, Economics, business or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Payroll certificate is an advantage.
  • 10+ of professional experience in a leading HR and payroll operations.
  • Experience in digitalization and HR IT implementation projects.
  • High knowledge and proven experience of the Israeli law and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to proactively diagnose and solve complex problems and simultaneously manage several initiatives.
  • Cross-functional experience working in multiple functional areas.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, sense of responsibility and flexibility.
  • Outstanding attention to details and organizational skills.
  • Very good knowledge of English in verbal and writing – is a must.
