Head of Global Solutions Management

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the regional customer roadmaps and the transfer of requirements from the shared service centers into tangible product requirements in the development projects at headquarters

• Responsibility for the process of technology roadmaps and their annual development

• Responsibility for the roadmap exchange with associated corporate functions and units

• Responsibility for deriving technical requirements from the photomask market across all customers and fields of business

Governance:

• Management of the Systems Engineering functions (PLSE, LSE, KSE) at the locations Jena, Oberkochen and Roßdorf disciplinary, in Bar Lev (Israel) technical

• Responsibility for the methodology (project planning and systems engineering) in the SMS through training and further development

• technical management of the Regional Solutions at the SSCs (Shared Service Centers)

• Responsibility for the development process (PSGP) and its revision

• Responsible for IP assessments and critical IP issues

Qualification & Requirements

• Very good degree in natural or engineering sciences with a doctorate

• Many years of relevant professional experience (at least 5 years) in a leading technical role in the semiconductor industry or a comparable industry

• Several years of leadership experience in a global, interdisciplinary team

• Ideally experience in the methodological development of project management in a multi-project organization

• Experience in cross-location and lateral leadership

• Relevant experience with international, intercultural negotiation processes

• Intercultural communication skills

• Organizational talent, empathy, creative will and experience in conflict resolution

• Fluent written and spoken English skills
