Description
Are you ready to build and lead a world-class Global Finance Shared Services function? We are looking for a strategic finance leader to design, implement, and scale a global SSC model — centralising GL, AP, and AR operations while driving governance, performance, and transformation across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global SSC strategy and migration roadmap
- Lead outsourced finance operations across multiple regions
- Drive service excellence through robust SLAs & KPI governance
- Oversee vendor & contract management at a global level
- Champion process harmonisation and digital transformation
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and global financial governance standards
- Act as the escalation point for service performance and quality
This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, drives change at scale, and delivers measurable operational excellence.
Qualification & Requirements
- 10+ years in corporate/public accounting
- 5–10 years leading global finance shared services operations
- Proven experience setting up and scaling SSC models
- Strong vendor and outsourced partner governance experience
- Deep knowledge of IFRS and GAAP
- Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and performance frameworks
- CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
