Description

As the Head of Global Business Services Transitions you and your team will be responsible for managing and supporting the migration of core business services such as Finance, HR, Procurement etc, from current state to the new operating model which includes a single shared service operations centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading a global team of Transition Managers
  • Design and develop a standard, repeatable transition and transformation methodology
  • Build the global transition roadmap
  • Design and develop standard KPI’s and governance
  • Drive the transition of processes and services from country to the agreed new target operating model or centralised shared service operation

Qualification & Requirements

  • Deep experience in transition management
  • Experience of leading transition activity in the context of a global business service or shared service operating model implementation
  • Strategy and roadmap creation and implementation
  • Prior multinational experience enabling you to be able to work with different international cultures
  • Complex project and programme management experience on an international scale
  • Experience of carrying out in-sourcing/outsourcing activities of various services
