Head of Finance Shared Services Centre (FSSC)

Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Finance Shared Services Centre, we rely you to:

• Be responsible for the operational performance and service standards of FSSC, which includes the functions AP, GL, AR, Credit, Income Audit and Cost Control.
• Ensures accuracy of financial data submitted, and strict adherence to the monthly, quarterly, and yearly deadlines to Hotels and to HQ.
• Provides meaningful analysis to Hotels’ financials to aid Management decision making process.
• Drives the implementation of compliance framework within FSSC to ensure adherence to the Group’s standards, including coordinating with key stakeholders outside of FSSC to achieve this.
• Drives implementation of the Group’s IT and systems roadmap involving FSSC
• Continuously structure, standardise and optimise financial processes and controls in FSSC, with the ability to sync automation into day-to-day work.
• Improving on SOPs for easy guidance and implementation
• Excellent business partner to key stakeholders such as Hotel Finance, Hotel, Regional and HQ Management.

Qualification & Requirements

• Ideal candidates are experienced finance leaders with a proven track record of leadership in a shared services management, with a strong sense of accountability and able to work independently.
• Candidates with experience in the hospitality industry / a shared service environment are favored.
