Description

Key Responsibilities
- Lead transformation initiatives across finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Financial Risk Control.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and operational excellence across the Shared Services Centre.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring effective leadership and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Partner with IT, HR, and business units to align systems, processes, and strategies.
- Monitor KPIs and introduce continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion the adoption of digital finance solutions, including ERP, RPA, and BI tools.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing insights and financial leadership.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in finance operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a shared services environment.
- Demonstrated success in transformation projects, change management, and process optimization.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with ERP systems, automation tools, and business intelligence platforms.
- High integrity, resilience, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
