Key Responsibilities
- You will set up and implement a Shared Service Center (SSC) for the four locations in the Northern Region in order to establish efficient and scalable financial processes.
- They create a flexible financial structure that enables seamless integration of new locations (“plug & play” approach).
- You will lead and develop a high-performance team of around 20 people who work together successfully across locations and remotely .
- You monitor and manage cash flow to ensure solvency and work closely with the Head of Finance on the region’s financial strategy, which is aligned with the company’s objectives.
Qualification & Requirements
- You have successfully completed a degree in economics or a commercial vocational training and job-specific further training, e.g. as an accountant.
- You have several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a hospital environment or a comparable healthcare facility.
- As an experienced manager, you bring the necessary enthusiasm to build and establish the Shared Service Center together with your team.
- Experience in SAP FI and a confident use of MS Office/Excel are a given for you.
- You have a fluent knowledge of German, very good analytical skills and a high degree of assertiveness and enthusiasm.
