Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Head of Recruitment / Finance Recruitment Director to scale our sister business Martrina Quinn Finance Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Scaling: Lead and scale the operations of our finance recruitment specialist agency, including shared services, with a focus on domestic and in time international growth.
- Team Leadership: Manage the existing team & also attract, hire, onboard, manage, and develop a high-performing recruitment team by fostering a culture of excellence.
- Business Development: Onboard clients (via your existing network) and new opportunities in the market
- Recruitment: Whilst in team-building mode, onboard and service new clients and hand over clients to your team.
- Process Improvement: Create, implement, and continuously refine recruitment and client engagement processes to ensure operational excellence.
- Strategic Growth: Identify and develop new domestic and international markets, driving the scaling of existing businesses and launching new recruitment start-ups over the next five years.
- Industry Presence: Represent the organization at industry events as a keynote speaker or panelist, enhancing visibility and brand reputation.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish a culture of data-driven decision-making, with continuous improvement and operational excellence at its core.
- Financial Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, performance management, and operational efficiency.
Qualification & Requirements
- Finance Recruitment Expertise: Extensive experience in the finance recruitment industry, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performance teams.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and people management capabilities, inspiring teams to excel.
- Operational Excellence: Strong experience in strategic and operational management, including process development and continuous improvement.
- Tech-Savvy & Analytical: Embraces new technologies and leverages data-driven insights to drive success.
- Growth-Oriented: Proven ability to identify opportunities for business growth and scale operations effectively.
- Flexibility to Travel: Willingness to travel nationally
